Providence St. Joseph Health is seeking a Sr. Manager of Clinical Informatics Education and Adoption to guide CI education goals for EHR deployment, sustainment, adoption, and optimization.

You will lead teams delivering change communication and learning materials, and partner with co-managers on training environment management, resourcing, and credential programs. The role emphasizes leadership, project management, and informatics expertise to promote safe, effective use of information

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, adult learning, organizational development, informatics, healthcare, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 6 years of Education experience in an information services or training setting along with 3 or more years of management experience
• 4 years of Leadership experience
• Preferred: Master's degree or healthcare/education certifications and informatics credentials

Responsibilities

• Support CI education goals for EHR and other information systems deployment, sustainment, adoption, and optimization activities.
• Provide direction, leadership, and coaching to teams responsible for design, development, publication, and maintenance of change communication and learning deliverables.
• Lead cross-team initiatives such as training environment management, project resourcing, Credential Trainer programs, and education evaluation.
• Define and uphold education standards, publication platform management, and learning deliverable governance.
