Job summary

Providence is seeking a Sr. Manager of Clinical Informatics Education and Adoption to guide the design, development, publication, and evaluation of learning deliverables for EHR and clinical technologies.

This role leads training, change communications, and adoption initiatives to promote safe, effective use of information systems. You will partner with CI leadership to manage training environments, resources, and Credential Trainer programs, while driving education standards and enterprise-wide

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, Instructional Design, Adult Learning, Organizational Development, Informatics, healthcare, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 6 years of Education experience in an information services or training setting along with 3 or more years of management experience. Healthcare information services operations and support
• 4 years of Leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, publish, and maintain change communications and learning deliverables for safe and effective IT use
• Lead cross-team initiatives such as training environment management, project resourcing, Credential Trainer programs, and education evaluation
• Establish and uphold publishing standards and maintain education materials across platforms
