Job summary

Providence Health & Services is seeking a Sr. Manager, Clinical Informatics Education and Adoption to lead CI education initiatives for EHR and other information systems deployments, sustainment, adoption, and optimization.

You will supervise teams designing and delivering change communications and learning deliverables to promote safe, effective IT use in clinical and business settings. Reporting to the Providence Enterprise Information Services leadership, you will guide training environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, Instructional Design, Adult Learning, Organizational Development, Informatics, healthcare, or equivalent
• 6 years of Education experience in information services or training with 3+ years of management
• 4 years of Leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Lead CI education goals for EHR and other information systems deployment, sustainment, adoption, and optimization
• Provide direction for training environment management, credential trainer programs, and change communication standards
