Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least five years of progressively responsible experience in operations, business analysis, program management, or related field, plus three years of supervisory experience.
• Experience leading teams, managing performance, and developing employees toward goals.
• Strong understanding of operational planning and cross-functional program execution.
• Ability to analyze data, monitor KPIs, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Business Enablement team, establishing priorities and fostering a high-performing culture.
• Develop and execute operational plans supporting wider strategies and evaluating results.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to streamline operations and improve processes.
• Develop and enhance tools, workflows, and systems for efficiency.
• Analyze data, track KPIs, and prepare reports for planning, budgeting, forecasting.
• Identify gaps and ensure processes align with regulations and policies.
• Manage talent and performance, including coaching and development.
• Support resolving workplace conflicts with transparency and collaboration.
• Promote values like fairness, integrity, security, and responsible practices.
