Astrana Health, Inc. is seeking a Lead, Value-Based Care Programs to drive MSSP reporting and quality improvement within the Quality Department. You will oversee reporting processes, partner with cross-functional teams, and ensure CMS requirements are met while maintaining data accuracy and program efficiency.

The role emphasizes project management, data analytics, and strong collaboration with provider markets to improve physician engagement and outcomes in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing, healthcare administration, business, public health or related field.
• Master's degree in healthcare administration or public health preferred.
• 5+ years' experience in healthcare or managed care in medical operations and/or quality improvement.
• Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), Registered Nurse (RN), or Certified Professional Coder (CPC) preferred.
• Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), MHA, MPH, PMP, or Lean/Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) preferred.
• 5+ years' experience in program development, management, and/or project management, preferably in healthcare.
• Familiarity with accountable care organization (ACO) quality reporting preferred.
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems preferred.
• 2+ years designing, developing, and/or implementing enterprise quality programs across varied settings.

Responsibilities

• Partners with ACO and Value-Based Care Programs leadership to align program strategy with organisational goals and performance objectives.
• Serves as primary owner for MSSP Quality Reporting, overseeing processes, deliverables, and compliance.
• Drives quarterly and annual quality reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Uses data analytics and reporting to monitor quality outcomes and identify trends.
• Independently investigates and resolves complex quality performance and reporting issues.
