Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Lead UX Designer for a remote contract role focused on provider-facing experiences for prescription CGM products. The candidate will translate complex glucose data into clear workflows, collaborate across product, engineering, and regulatory teams, and deliver high-fidelity designs and documentation.

You will mentor designers and participate in a culture of design excellence, with a W2 engagement offering comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

6+ years of UX or product design experience with senior/lead responsibility on regulated digital health products.
Provider workflows knowledge for healthcare professionals and complex clinical processes.
Proven end-to-end design experience from problem framing to approvals.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design for provider experiences across CGM products.
Map provider workflows including onboarding, data review, and care coordination.
Translate glucose data into actionable provider experiences for clinical decisions.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, Human Factors, Regulatory, Quality, Medical Affairs, and Legal to define user needs and approvals.
Plan and support provider research, usability testing, and Human Factors activities.
Lead workshops and present recommendations to cross-functional teams.
Mentor designers and foster design excellence.
