Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Lead UX Designer to drive end-to-end provider-facing experiences for prescription CGM products. You will translate complex glucose data into clear, actionable workflows for healthcare professionals, collaborating across Product, Engineering, Research, and Regulatory to deliver high-fidelity designs and documentation.

You will mentor designers, lead usability testing, and contribute to a culture of design excellence in a regulated, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• End-to-end product design experience with complex workflows in regulated or healthcare domains.
• Strong portfolio showing how health data is translated into actionable experiences.
• Proficiency in Figma; familiarity with iOS and Android accessibility and design systems.

Responsibilities
