Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Lead UX Designer to drive end-to-end provider-facing experiences for prescription CGM products. You will translate complex glucose data into clear workflows for healthcare professionals and collaborate across Product, Engineering, Researchers, and Regulatory teams.

You will mentor designers, conduct usability testing, and contribute to a culture of design excellence in a regulated, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of UX or product design experience with senior/lead responsibility on complex digital health or regulated products.
• Experience designing for healthcare professionals and provider workflows.
• Strong portfolio showing data-to-action translation; proficient in Figma; familiar with iOS/Android accessibility and design systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for healthcare provider experiences from problem framing to high-fidelity designs and approvals.
• Develop provider workflows including onboarding, glucose data review, follow-up care, and treatment decisions.
• Translate glucose data, trends, alerts, and system states into provider experiences supporting clinical decisions.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, Human Factors, Regulatory, Quality, Medical Affairs, and Legal to define needs and approvals.
• Plan and support provider research, usability testing, and Human Factors activities; synthesize findings into design direction.
• Facilitate workshops and present recommendations to cross-functional teams and leadership; outline evidence, tradeoffs, and next steps.
• Mentor designers and contribute to a culture of design excellence.
