Qualifications

• 6+ years of UX or product design with lead responsibility on complex digital health or regulated products.
• Provider-facing healthcare UX with experience designing for healthcare professionals and complex clinical workflows.
• Portfolio showing translation of health data into actionable experiences; proficiency in Figma; familiarity with iOS and Android.
• Experience with regulated medical device software, prescription digital health products, WCAG guidelines, and healthcare data visualization preferred.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, regulated, fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for healthcare provider experiences across CGM products.
• Develop understanding of provider workflows including onboarding, data review, follow-up care, and care coordination.
• Translate glucose data into clear provider experiences that support clinical decisions.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, Human Factors, Regulatory, Quality, Medical Affairs, and Legal to define needs and approvals.
• Plan and support provider research, usability testing, and Human Factors activities; synthesize findings into direction and mitigations.
• Mentor designers and contribute to a culture of design excellence.
