Eliassen Group is seeking a Lead UX Designer for remote engagement with a life sciences client. You will drive end-to-end provider-facing experiences for prescription CGM products, translating complex glucose data into clear workflows for healthcare professionals and mentoring design teams.

You will collaborate across Product, Engineering, Research, Human Factors, Regulatory, Quality, Medical Affairs, and Legal to ensure usability, compliance, and impactful design.

Formación

• 6+ years of UX or product design experience with senior/lead responsibility on complex regulated products.
• Provider-facing healthcare UX experience and knowledge of clinical workflows.
• Proficient in translating health data into actionable provider experiences and documenting design decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end design for provider experiences across CGM products from problem framing to high-fidelity design and approvals.
• Understand provider workflows including onboarding, data review, care coordination, and decision support.
• Translate glucose data and system states into clear provider experiences supporting clinical decisions.
