Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Lead UX Designer for a remote contract in Life Sciences. You will lead end-to-end provider-facing design for prescription CGM products, translating complex glucose data into clear workflows for healthcare professionals.

Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Research, Human Factors, Regulatory, Quality, Medical Affairs and Legal to define user needs, feasibility, risk controls and approvals. You will mentor designers and promote design excellence across the team.

Qualifications

• 6+ years UX or product design with senior/lead responsibility on regulated digital health products.
• Provider-facing healthcare UX with experience designing for healthcare professionals and complex clinical workflows.
• Strong portfolio showing translation of complex health data into actionable experiences. Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with iOS, Android, accessibility, and design systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for provider experiences across prescription CGM products.
• Develop an understanding of provider workflows including onboarding, data review, and follow-up care.
• Translate glucose data into clear provider experiences supporting clinical decisions.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, Human Factors, Regulatory, Quality, Medical Affairs, and Legal for needs, feasibility, risk controls, and approvals.
• Plan and support provider research, usability testing, and Human Factors activities; synthesize findings into direction and mitigations.
• Facilitate workshops and present recommendations to cross-functional teams and leadership.
• Mentor designers and promote design excellence.
