Zusammenfassung

Eliassen Group seeks a Lead UX Designer to drive end-to-end provider-facing experiences for prescription CGM products in a remote setting. Translate complex glucose data into clear workflows for healthcare professionals, collaborating with cross-functional teams and delivering high-fidelity designs and documentation.

This role requires mentoring designers and shaping a culture of design excellence within a regulated healthcare environment.

Qualifikationen

6+ years of UX or product design experience on complex, regulated products.
Provider-facing healthcare UX experience.
End-to-end product design with strong portfolio.
Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design systems and mobile platforms.

Aufgaben

Lead end-to-end design for healthcare provider experiences across CGM products.
Develop understanding of provider workflows (onboarding, data review, follow-up care).
Translate glucose data into clear, actionable provider experiences.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, Human Factors, Regulatory, Quality, Medical Affairs, and Legal.
Plan and support provider research, usability testing, and Human Factors activities.
Present recommendations to cross-functional teams and leaders.
Mentor designers and foster design-excellence culture.
