Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Lead UX Designer for remote engagement with a life sciences client focusing on prescription CGM products. The role emphasizes translating complex glucose data into clear, provider-facing workflows while collaborating across product, engineering, research, and regulatory teams.

You will mentor designers, conduct usability activities, and present design decisions to leadership in a fast-paced, regulated setting.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of UX or product design experience with senior/lead responsibility on complex digital health or regulated products.
• Provider-facing healthcare UX experience and knowledge of healthcare workflows.
• End-to-end product design including problem framing, workflow mapping, and cross-functional approvals.
• Proven portfolio translating health data into actionable user experiences; strong Figma and platform familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for provider experiences across prescription CGM products.
• Develop understanding of provider workflows including onboarding, data review, and decision support.
• Translate glucose data and system states into clear provider experiences for safety and clinical decisions.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, Regulatory and Legal to define needs, feasibility, and approvals.
• Mentor designers and promote design excellence within a regulated, collaborative environment.
