Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Lead UX Designer to drive end-to-end provider-facing experiences for prescription CGM products. You will translate complex glucose data into clear workflows for healthcare professionals and collaborate across Product, Engineering, Research, Human Factors, Regulatory, Quality, Medical Affairs, and Legal.

You will mentor designers, support usability testing, and help deliver high-fidelity designs and approvals in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Qualifications

6+ years of UX or product design with senior/lead responsibilities.
Provider-facing healthcare UX and clinical workflows experience.
Strong portfolio translating health data into actionable experiences; proficient in Figma.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design for healthcare provider experiences across CGM products.
Map provider workflows including onboarding, glucose data review, and care coordination.
Translate CGM data, trends, alerts, and states into clear provider experiences.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, Human Factors, Regulatory and Legal.
Plan and support provider research, usability testing, and Human Factors activities.
Present recommendations to cross-functional teams and leadership with rationale.
Mentor designers and promote a culture of design excellence.
