Job summary

Collectivus Holdings is seeking a Sr. UX Systems Designer to own the design system and shape end-to-end user experiences for our digital products. You will work remotely with a cross-functional team, translating business needs into intuitive interfaces while upholding accessibility and brand standards.

Lead prototyping, collaborate with product and engineering, and drive design quality to reduce risk and improve usability across websites, apps, emails, and enterprise interfaces.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of UX/product design experience across websites, apps, and email.
• Experience building or maintaining a design system in a product organization.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the design system: reusable components, templates, and standards across teams.
• Own UX design for core digital products, translating needs into end-to-end experiences.
• Ensure accessibility, usability, and craft standards to protect business risk.
• Prototype and validate ideas in Figma before engineering investment.
• Collaborate with Product Owner, Product Manager, and developers daily.
• Deliver build-ready specs, redlines, and assets on time for sprint delivery.
