Job summary

Dynata is seeking an enterprise systems leader to align technology, data, processes, and business operations to drive growth. You will translate strategy into platform capabilities, balancing value, risk, adoption, and long-term scalability.

You will own the Lead-to-Cash and ERP strategy, governance standards, and future-state architecture, guiding cross-functional teams and ensuring scalable, compliant enterprise processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the Lead-to-Cash and enterprise systems application roadmap with alignment to business objectives and long-term scalability.
• Serve as primary decision-maker for system capabilities, governance standards, and future-state architecture direction.
• Prioritize enhancements, integrations, workflow automation, and process improvements based on value, risk, and strategic importance.
• Maintain multi-year capability roadmap; define governance, standards, policies, and operating procedures.
• Lead Lead-to-Cash business processes including opportunity management, CPQ, contract lifecycle, order management, professional services automation, billing, revenue recognition, collections, and account management.
• Ensure process consistency, scalability, and compliance across business functions.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement for speed, accuracy, control, and customer experience.
• Oversee ERP functionality for finance, procurement, inventory, PSA, reporting; ensure data flows support scalable operating model.
• Partner with Finance, Sales, Operations, IT to optimize workflows, controls, reporting, integrations, and data quality.
• Maintain data integrity, system controls, compliance readiness, and business continuity across the ERP ecosystem.
• Define the future-state Lead-to-Cash operating model with AI, automation, analytics, and intelligent process design.
• Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and accelerate decision-making.
• Evaluate and translate emerging capabilities into governed, value-based investments.
• Ensure modernization improves speed, data quality, customer experience, and enterprise value.
• Act as liaison between executives, process owners, technical teams, vendors, and partners; drive cross-functional alignment and governance.
• Establish data governance standards and develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor performance.
• Ensure security, compliance, and disaster recovery requirements are met and supported by audits.
