Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Telecommunications Project Manager to lead telecom design for diverse projects, including data centers, using Revit and AutoCAD. You will coordinate with electrical and other disciplines, support construction from design clarification to field questions, and contribute to project controls and reporting.

This contract-to-hire role is based out of Seattle, WA, offering strong growth toward full project management, with a fully remote arrangement and travel as required for

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in telecommunications design.
• Proficiency with Revit for telecom design.
• Experience with AutoCAD for design documentation coordination.
• Electrical background related to telecom systems.
• Experience on data center or similar complex facilities.
• Understanding of construction processes and field support.
• Experience with project controls and coordination tasks.
• Strong collaboration in a multi-disciplinary design-build environment.
• Effective client and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support telecom system design across projects including data centers.
• Produce telecom design documents using Revit and AutoCAD with accuracy.
• Apply electrical design principles to telecom systems and coordinate with disciplines.
• Support construction activities with clarifications and field questions.
• Assist with project controls, tracking progress and documentation.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams for integrated designs.
• Communicate with clients to outline requirements and solutions.
• Contribute from concept to completion with growing project management responsibility.
• Support QA/QC by reviewing drawings and calculations.
• Mentor junior staff and share Revit workflows and best practices.
