Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Lead Technical Product Manager for Digital Pharmacy to drive next‑generation digital pharmacy experiences and reusable technical capabilities. This hands‑on role spans strategy through execution, shaping direction, prioritizing capabilities, and partnering with Engineering and Architecture.

The position requires strong systems thinking, API familiarity, and the ability to move between strategy, UX, and technical delivery to create scalable, reusable solutions.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, Platform Product Management, or a similar role delivering complex digital products.
• Strong experience owning and actively managing complex product and engineering backlogs.
• Strong technical fluency, including familiarity with APIs, services, integrations, data flows, system dependencies, and modern digital architectures.
• Experience building platforms, shared services, or reusable capabilities that support multiple products, channels, clients, or experiences.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer needs and market insights into clear product priorities, capabilities, and roadmaps.
• Define MVPs and incremental releases that deliver value, learn quickly, and improve the product.
• Lead ongoing backlog refinement and grooming with Engineering, ensuring work is well understood and ready for delivery.
• Partner with Engineering and Architecture to understand technical options and surface dependencies, making informed product tradeoffs.
• Build reusable components, APIs, services, or platform capabilities for broader reuse.
