Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Lead Technical Product Manager for Digital Pharmacy to drive strategy, discovery, and execution across API-enabled capabilities and reusable platform services.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, Platform Product Management, or a similar role delivering complex digital products.
• Demonstrated experience owning and actively managing complex product and engineering backlogs.
• Strong technical fluency, including familiarity with APIs, services, integrations, data flows, system dependencies, and modern digital architectures.
• Experience building platforms, shared services, or reusable capabilities that support multiple products, channels, clients, or experiences.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer needs, business opportunities, and market insights into clear product priorities, capabilities, and roadmaps.
• Partner across Product, Design, Engineering, Analytics, and business teams to identify customer problems, define product hypotheses, and determine opportunities.
• Define MVPs and incremental releases that deliver value, learn quickly, and inform iteration.
• Establish clear product outcomes using analytics and operations data for prioritization.
• Translate strategy into a clear backlog with features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and business rules.
• Lead backlog refinement and grooming with Engineering, ensuring work is understood, decomposed, prioritized, and ready for delivery.
• Develop knowledge of systems, APIs, services, integrations, data flows, and architectures to enable Digital Pharmacy experiences.
• Partner with Engineering and Architecture to surface dependencies, challenge assumptions, and make informed tradeoffs.
• Identify reusable components, APIs, services, and platform capabilities for reuse across products and channels.
• Define measurement plans with Analytics and use product performance data to drive iterations.
• Identify edge cases, data requirements, dependencies, and non-functional requirements where appropriate.
• Balance near-term delivery with long-term scalability and platform strategy.
