Job summary
Humana Inc. seeks a Lead Technical Product Manager for Digital Pharmacy to define strategy, shape capabilities, and lead execution across MVPs and scalable APIs.
You will collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, Design, and Analytics to deliver reusable components and drive a disciplined backlog. You will translate customer needs into prioritized capabilities, own product outcomes, and ensure delivery aligns with business goals.
Qualifications
- Hands-on technical product leadership with systems thinking and execution discipline.
- 5–7+ years in Product Management or similar delivering complex digital products.
- Experience owning and actively managing complex backlogs and requirements.
- Strong ability to write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and business rules.
Responsibilities
- Define product strategy, discovery, and MVPs for digital pharmacy experiences.
- Own and refine the product backlog with clear features and user stories.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Architecture to surface dependencies and options.
- Design reusable components, APIs, and platform capabilities for multiple clients.
- Partner with Analytics to measure outcomes and guide iterations.
- Balance near-term delivery with long-term platform scalability.
