You will drive end-to-end product lifecycle, work with Design and Engineering, define features, measure outcomes, and influence stakeholders in a matrixed

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management experience with ownership across discovery to launch.
• Proven ability to define outcomes using KPIs, OKRs, analytics, and customer insights.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including executive-level presentations.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy, vision, and roadmap for Medication Experience and Pharmacy Solutions.
• Identify member, business, and operational opportunities through research and analytics.
• Lead product discovery to validate problems and opportunities before development.
• Develop business cases aligning investments to customer and business outcomes.
• Own product delivery end-to-end including epics, features, user stories, and release planning.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Pharmacy, Clinical, Compliance, and Operations teams.
• Define and manage KPIs and experimentation strategies.
• Monitor performance and drive continuous product improvement.
• Influence decisions without direct authority.
• Mentor and elevate product management practices.
