• 5-7+ years of experience in Product Management/Technical Product Management or similar roles delivering complex digital products.
• Strong experience owning and actively managing complex product and engineering backlogs.
• Proven ability to write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, and product requirements.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer needs and market insights into clear product priorities, capabilities, and roadmaps.
• Define MVPs and incremental releases to deliver value and learn quickly.
• Lead backlog refinement, write and refine features and acceptance criteria for Engineering.
• Partner with Engineering & Architecture to understand options, surface dependencies, and make informed tradeoffs.
• Build reusable components, services, or platform capabilities for multi-product reuse.
