Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to lead incident responses and ensure the reliability of our AWS-based production environments. You will create and maintain runbooks, guide DevOps during high-risk deployments, and drive post-incident reviews with actionable follow-ups.

Responsibilities include improving observability, troubleshooting Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure, and collaborating with engineering to strengthen resilience and rollback planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Seniority in Site Reliability Engineering, infrastructure operations, DevOps or related field.
• Advanced Kubernetes expertise in production environments (EKS, kubectl).
• Advanced AWS knowledge (EC2, VPC, S3, RDS) and networking.

Responsibilities

• Lead incident responses and on-call rotations.
• Maintain reliability of AWS-based production environments.
• Create, document, structure and maintain runbooks and guidelines.
• Conduct post-incident reviews and track corrective actions to completion.
• Provide technical guidance to DevOps during high-risk changes.
• Support rollback planning to minimize disruption.
• Improve observability, monitoring, alerting, and capacity management.
• Troubleshoot Kubernetes, Linux, networking, cloud infra and databases.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen reliability practices.
