Spectraforce Technologies is seeking a Lead Solutions Engineer to support strategic growth initiatives across Data Centers, Energy Storage Systems (ESS), Microgrids, Industrial, OEM, and Utility markets. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience supporting electrical systems, power systems, or utility infrastructure.
• Experience in application engineering or customer-facing engineering roles.
• Strong understanding of electrical power system design and applications.
• Experience supporting product development, commercialization, and customer adoption.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical expert supporting customers, sales teams, distributors, contractors, engineers, EPCs, and project owners.
• Translate customer requirements and technical challenges into engineered solutions utilizing company products and services.
• Drive specification efforts for existing and emerging markets.
• Lead technical discussions and presentations around new products, solutions, and service offerings.
• Develop innovative service solutions that address customer needs while balancing cost, scalability, and value.
• Partner with Engineering, Product Management, Operations, and Sales teams to enhance offerings and improve customer outcomes.
• Interpret electrical and mechanical drawings, system designs, and installation requirements.
• Support troubleshooting efforts and provide technical guidance throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Represent company as a technical thought leader through webinars, whitepapers, presentations, videos, and industry events.
• Participate in codes and standards activities and influence specification adoption within target markets.
