Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies seeks an experienced Electrical Engineering Professional to lead advisory services and innovative design in the energy sector. The role focuses on mentoring staff, coordinating with account managers, and delivering end-to-end electrical solutions for diverse clients.

The candidate will drive concept development, detailed design, and execution, leveraging a broad power systems background and strong communication skills. Hybrid Fort Worth, TX work schedule supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years of design/consulting experience.
• Power distribution systems and microgrids experience.
• Power generation and HV/MV substation knowledge.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling: Revit, AutoCAD, CADWorx, NavisWorks.
• Experience with SKM Power Tools, ETAP or similar.
• Renewable energy projects including wind, solar, hydro, geothermal.
• PE license or the ability to obtain within 1 year (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering team to provide advisory services and design solutions.
• Collaborate with Client Account Managers and sales on strategic pursuits.
• Mentor junior and mid-level staff and manage design deliverables.
• Engage clients to assess energy needs and develop end-to-end plans.
• Perform concept to detailed design to execution across energy projects.
• Support business development and decarbonization initiatives.
