Qualificações

• 5+ years in a highly technical, client-facing role.
• Fluent in Portuguese (written and spoken).
• Excellent English communication for cross-team collaboration.
• Experience with ad tech products (GAM, Prebid.js, GPT) is highly preferred.

• Act as the primary technical escalation point for premium global publishers; diagnose and resolve integration issues.
• Lead implementation calls and troubleshoot sessions for Brazilian customers in Portuguese.
