Job summary

Algolia, Inc. is seeking a Solutions Engineer to drive technical wins with prospects and customers in the United States. You will lead technical pre-sales, demonstrate product architecture, and craft creative solutions while translating complex tech into business value for CTOs and engineers.

You will collaborate with Account Executives, participate in PoCs and RFP responses, and ensure smooth onboarding with solution architects and customer success teams, including post-sales handoffs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing technical role in SaaS or similar.
• Bilingual Portuguese required; Spanish is a nice-to-have.
• Experience with data formats and data transformation concepts.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales on evaluation and adoption of Algolia solutions.
• Understand customer goals and map them to Algolia capabilities.
• Support technical discovery, demos, and PoCs for RFPs.
• Leverage Algolia ecosystem tools to validate fit and success.
• Capture customer feedback for Product and Engineering teams.
• Stay current with Search and Discovery industry trends.
