Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Lead Solutions Architect to drive enterprise architecture strategy across healthcare IT initiatives.

You will define target-state architectures, govern solution designs, and enable complex integrations with cloud, data, and AI capabilities. You will partner with business leaders, product teams, engineering, security, and governance forums to translate objectives into secure, scalable solutions, including provider data integrations across CenterWell

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in CS or related field.
8+ years in IT with architecture/engineering focus.
5+ years in solution architecture within healthcare or payer/provider ecosystems.
Hands-on Azure services and Snowflake/Databricks experience.
Leadership in reference architectures and governance of designs.
Strong APIs/integration, security models, and non-functional requirements.
Experience delivering generative and agentic AI across cloud platforms (GCP/Azure/AWS).
Expertise in agent orchestration, memory management, multi-agent collaboration, and responsible AI.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end solution architecture for Home Health initiatives across systems.
Create and maintain reference architectures and patterns for data platforms and interoperability.
Lead governance, risk reviews, and ensure designs meet privacy/security guardrails.
Turn designs into executable runways with measurable NFRs to de-risk delivery.
Define integration contracts and data platform boundaries (provider data, EMR, Snowflake/Databricks).
Collaborate with executives and delivery teams to communicate decisions clearly.
