You will define target-state architectures, govern designs, and accelerate cloud, data, and AI adoption. Collaborating with product, engineering, security, compliance and EA stakeholders, you will shape reference architectures for data platforms, provider data integrations, and interoperable solutions across CenterWell and Humana Insurance,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
• 8+ years IT experience in architecture/engineering or security.
• 5+ years solution architecture in healthcare; HIPAA/PHI experience.
• Hands-on with Azure and Snowflake/Databricks data platforms.
• Proven leadership delivering reference architectures across teams.
• Strong API/event-driven integration and secure design with NFRs.
• Experience with generative and agentic AI across multi-clouds (GCP/Azure/AWS).
• Agent orchestration, enterprise guardrails, and robust MLOps/LLMOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution architecture for Home Health initiatives.
• Develop reference architectures and design patterns for core platforms.
• Lead governance checkpoints and risk reviews; ensure privacy/security guardrails.
• Translate concepts into executable architectural runways with NFRs.
• Define integration strategies for provider data, EMR, and cloud data platforms.
• Establish architecture review processes and decision forums for delivery readiness.
