Job summary

Dentsu seeks a Lead Solutions Architect to design and deliver large-scale omnichannel OMS solutions across digital, retail, marketplace, and B2B channels. You will lead architecture, strategy, and delivery for enterprise orders management, partnering with clients and delivery teams to drive transformation.

In this senior role, you’ll mentor engineers, shape technical standards, and present complex concepts to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 18+ years of experience in enterprise application development and solution delivery.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Sterling OMS or comparable enterprise OMS platforms.
• 5+ years of architecture leadership delivering large-scale enterprise programs.
• Proven success leading at least two enterprise OMS implementations through production launch.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end OMS solution architecture, integrations, data flows, and technical roadmap development.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, resilient enterprise solutions.
• Conduct client workshops and guide stakeholders through architecture decisions, tradeoffs, and implementation strategies.
• Provide architectural leadership throughout the full software development lifecycle.
• Mentor engineering teams, lead design reviews, and establish technical standards and best practices.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure performance, reliability, security, and production readiness.
