Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Solutions Architect II to lead the design and implementation of our enterprise omnichannel initiatives, with a primary focus on Manhattan Active Omni (MAO) and the broader omnichannel order lifecycle.

This role defines and drives end-to-end architecture for order capture, distributed order management (DOM), fulfillment orchestration, inventory visibility, and post-purchase experiences - ensuring all solutions are scalable, resilient, and aligned with our retail and

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in software or enterprise architecture in retail/e-commerce.
• Hands-on MAO experience including Order Management, Store Fulfillment, and Inventory visibility.
• Strong API design and integration experience (REST/GraphQL/event-driven).
• Experience with cloud platforms and microservices patterns.

Responsibilities

• Define and own enterprise omnichannel architecture and roadmap.
• Lead MAO design and implementation across OMS, fulfillment, and inventory.
• Design end-to-end system integrations and API governance.
• Architect store fulfillment, DOM, and inventory visibility processes.
• Establish observability, performance, and DR for omnichannel systems.
• Mentor engineers and align delivery with business priorities.
