Job summary

Dentsu is seeking a Lead Solutions Architect in Oregon to design and deliver large-scale omnichannel commerce solutions across digital, retail, marketplace, and B2B channels. You will own end-to-end OMS architecture, mentor teams, and guide executive stakeholders through architecture decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 18+ years of enterprise app development and solution delivery.
• 10+ years with IBM Sterling OMS or similar enterprise OMS platforms.
• 5+ years architecture leadership on large enterprise programs.
• Proven success leading at least two enterprise OMS implementations.
• Strong expertise in Java, REST, XML, JSON, SQL, integrations, and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end OMS solution architecture, integrations, data flows, and roadmap development.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, enterprise solutions.
• Conduct client workshops and guide architecture decisions, tradeoffs, and implementation strategies.
• Design and optimize order orchestration, inventory visibility, fulfillment, returns, and customer service processes.
• Architect solutions supporting BOPIS, ship-from-store, ship-to-store, marketplace fulfillment, drop ship, and multi-node fulfillment models.
• Build scalable solutions that improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and business outcomes.
• Provide architectural leadership throughout the full software development lifecycle.
• Mentor engineering teams, lead design reviews, and establish technical standards and best practices.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure performance, reliability, security, and production readiness.
• Present complex technical concepts to executive audiences; support solution proposals and client engagements.
