Job summary

Dentsu is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead the future of omnichannel commerce. You will own end-to-end OMS solution architecture, drive integrations, data flows, and a strategic technical roadmap across large-scale programs.

You will mentor engineering teams, guide design reviews, and partner with executives to shape decisions on performance, security, and production readiness while delivering measurable business outcomes for global brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related discipline.
• 18+ years of enterprise application development and solution delivery.
• 10+ years with IBM Sterling OMS or comparable enterprise OMS platforms.
• 5+ years of architecture leadership delivering large-scale enterprise programs.
• Proven success leading at least two enterprise OMS implementations through production launch.
• Strong expertise in Java, REST APIs, XML, JSON, SQL, integrations, and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end OMS solution architecture, integrations, data flows, and roadmap development.
• Design and optimize order orchestration, inventory visibility, fulfillment, returns, and customer service processes.
• Provide architectural leadership throughout the SDLC and mentor engineering teams.
• Present complex technical concepts to executive audiences and support solution proposals.
