Ladders is seeking a Lead Solution Engineer, ECS, Public Sector to join its Enterprise Technology team. You will translate customer goals into compelling technical demonstrations and solution designs, with a strong emphasis on security, infrastructure, and business alignment.

Location: Remote for US-based candidates. Compensation: $138,600 – $185,360 annually. This fast-moving role requires collaboration with sales and stakeholders to shape tailored solutions across public sector needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a solution or sales engineer in CRM or similar technology.
• Strong knowledge of AI tools, relational databases, web technology, and cybersecurity.
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in cross‑functional teams.
• Self‑motivated with a drive to learn new technologies and industries.

Responsabilités

• Understand customer goals and challenges and align them with appropriate solutions.
• Design and demonstrate innovative solutions to meet customer needs.
• Present technology infrastructure expertise across hardware, software, networking, and security.
• Engage in ongoing training and certifications to maintain technical knowledge.
• Achieve quarterly and annual performance objectives in collaboration with management.
• Respond effectively to RFIs and RFPs.
• Participate actively in a dynamic, fast-paced team-selling environment.
