Job summary

First Citizens is seeking a senior technical leader to oversee data processing system projects from requirements gathering to installation. This remote role is limited to North Carolina and New Jersey and includes leadership of less experienced team members.

You will design, develop, test, and deploy complex systems, mentor associates, and provide 24/7 on-call rotations bi-weekly. A BA/BS in IT, CS, or related field with eight years of experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Eight years of experience in the job offered or related roles.
• Requires strong experience with BizTalk 2020 and multiple BizTalk adapters including File, HTTP, Office 365 Email, WCF LOB adapters, SFTP, FTP and MSMQ.
• Requires experience with MuleSoft Anypoint platform (on‑prem and CloudHub) and API design.
• Requires experience with SQL Server Data Tools and SSIS; creating procedures, functions, views, and queries.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all phases of data processing system projects from requirements to installation.
• Develops test plans, software, and procedures to improve processing capabilities.
• Provides 24/7 on-call rotations bi-weekly.
