You will lead technical efforts to implement and maintain core banking systems, while providing production support and mentoring junior staff.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 6 years of experience or a high school diploma/GED with 10 years, and offers remote work with priority consideration for NC, FL, TX, and AZ

Responsibilities

• System Enhancement - Leads team efforts to evaluate and improve department systems, processes, and applications. Designs and executes test plans to validate functions and modifications within the existing architecture.
• Business Support - Provides technical support to production systems, resolves complex issues, and leads major projects.
• Technical Expertise - Mentors associates, serves as a technical resource for management and business units.
• Data Analysis - Collects data, estimates scope and impacts, and reviews specifications for accuracy.
• Provides 24/7 on call rotations
