Job summary
First Citizens Bank seeks a Senior Data Processing Engineer to manage all phases of data processing system projects from requirements definition to installation. You will provide technical leadership, mentor junior staff, and drive integration work across BizTalk, MuleSoft, and SQL Server environments.
The role emphasizes developing test plans, software, and procedures to improve processing capabilities, while supporting production systems and ensuring end-user functionality on a 24/7 on-call
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, IT, CS or related field with eight years of experience
- Strong experience designing and developing with BizTalk 2020 and related adapters (File, HTTP, Office 365 Email, WCF LOB, SFTP, FTP)
- Experience with MuleSoft Anypoint platform including Runtime Manager, API Manager, Exchange, and Design Center
- Experience with SQL Server Data Tools 2019 including SSIS, creating stored procedures and writing queries
- Experience integrating with Infolease Accounting and Lending Origination Systems; interfacing with Rail Industry Systems and Treasury/OFAC screening
Responsibilities
- Lead all phases of data processing system projects from requirements to installation
- Develop tests plans, software, and procedures to improve processing capabilities
- Provide 24/7 on-call rotations bi-weekly
- Mentor associates and provide technical leadership
- Evaluate and improve department systems, processes, and applications
