Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking a Lead Service Designer for its Insurance Product Experience (IPX) team. You will guide vision, research, prototyping, and planning across channels to enhance member experiences and plan implementation with cross-functional partners.

The role emphasizes collaboration, storytelling, and rapid prototyping to translate fuzzy concepts into tangible service improvements while staying focused on member needs and business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a design or research field.
• 7+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating journey mapping, user research, prototyping, information design and/or illustration.
• Proficiency in Figma, Lucid/Miro, PPT and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead vision definition and concept development projects, user research, analysis and synthesis, prototyping and testing, and implementation planning.
• Lead co-creation workshops with cross-functional stakeholders to align on needs.
• Design and deliver service artifacts like blueprints, prototypes, and concept illustrations.
• Collaborate with UX/UI, product, marketing, and operations for integrated experiences.
• Demonstrate emotional IQ and cross-enterprise collaboration with stakeholders.
