Job summary

Humana is seeking a Lead Service Designer for the Insurance Product Experience (IPX) team. You will guide vision, conduct research, and prototype to improve member experiences across channels.

You’ll run cross-functional workshops, deliver service blueprints, and ensure seamless integration between digital and offline touchpoints. The role requires a strong portfolio, a design or research degree, and 7+ years of experience, with proficiency in Figma, Lucid/Miro, PPT, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in design or a related field.
7+ years of relevant industry experience.
Portfolio demonstrating journey mapping, user research, prototyping and information design.
Proficiency with Figma, Lucid/Miro, PPT and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

Lead vision, framing and concept development projects with research and prototyping.
Run co-creation workshops with cross-functional teams to align on needs.
Create artifacts such as service blueprints and low-/mid-fidelity prototypes.
Collaborate with UX/UI, product, marketing and operations for integrated experiences.
Demonstrate emotional intelligence to partner with stakeholders and teams.
Stay informed on health insurance, digital health, and service design trends.
