Job summary

The Toro Company in Minnesota is seeking a Lead Business Systems Analyst to bridge IT and business, focusing on SAP Sales and Distribution and Order-to-Cash solutions. You will guide analysis, design, testing, and deployment while mentoring peers and leading projects.

Expect to translate complex business needs into robust SAP solutions, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive process improvements with data integrity at the core.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, business, or related field.
• Eight+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Leads analysis, design, configuration, testing, implementation, and support of SAP SD and OT-C solutions.
• Partners with business stakeholders and IT teams to translate requirements into system deliverables.
• Serves as SME and advisor for SAP SD, OT-C, pricing, and payment card integrations.
• Leads projects from concept through implementation, including scope, evaluation, planning, and knowledge transfer.
• Develops and improves processes while maintaining data integrity.
• Plans end-to-end testing and documents test results and approvals.
• Provides production support and user training; mentors team members.
