Qualifications

• 610 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
• 24 years of experience leading QA teams.
• Experience testing e-commerce websites or digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a QA team of 4 engineers with task allocation and performance monitoring.
• Groom team members through training, knowledge sharing, and skill development.
• Define and implement QA strategy, test frameworks, and testing standards across projects.
• Oversee testing activities including functional, regression, cross-browser, and performance validation.
• Ensure QA processes, standards, and best practices are followed across ecommerce platforms and integrations.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, business teams, and project managers to deliver quality.
