Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional QA experience.
• Experience in a professional software development environment.
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
• Ability to design and execute comprehensive test plans and cases.
• Experience with testing methodologies and SQL/MySQL.
• Ability to work independently and with development teams.
• Proficiency with Git and SDLC understanding.
• Willingness to mentor junior QA engineers.

Responsibilities

• Perform QA checks during development to ensure quality before release.
• Clarify requirements with engineers and PMs; define acceptance criteria.
• Create and maintain structured test scenarios and scripts.
• Execute tests and document results.
• Participate in bug triage and release readiness reviews.
• Track bugs and work with developers to resolve them.
• Maintain test plans, cases, and schedules.
• Collaborate with lines of business on test planning and results analysis.
• Manage time, reporting, monitoring, risk, and change related to QA.
