• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related technical field.
• 5+ years of Python development in enterprise environments.
• Experience building large-scale production apps with uptime/reliability requirements.
• Experience with Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Sybase; tuning & schema design.
• Full SDLC understanding from requirements to support.
• Hands-on system design, app development, testing, and operational support.
• Strong data structures, algorithms, and optimization skills.
• Proven debugging of enterprise apps in production.
• Knowledge of Agile, CI/CD, resiliency patterns, and secure coding.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with clear stakeholder communication.
• Strong written and verbal communication for cross-functional teams.
