Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced Lead Python Engineer for a fully remote role in the United States. You will design and build complex, data-intensive enterprise applications and automation platforms, delivering robust, secure Python systems that operate reliably in production.

You will partner with product, data, and infrastructure teams to translate business problems into scalable technical solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
5+ years of Python development experience in enterprise-grade environments.
Experience building and maintaining large-scale production applications with high uptime.
Experience with Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Sybase; including tuning and schema design.
Strong SDLC understanding: requirements, design, build, test, release, support.
Hands-on system design, application development, automated testing, and operations.
Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and optimization.
Proven debugging of complex, enterprise-grade production apps.
Familiarity with Agile, CI/CD, resiliency patterns, secure coding.
Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate with teams.
