Ladders is seeking a Mgr. GIM Provider Network Analytics & Insights (Remote) to lead analytics that shape provider network strategy, pricing decisions, and reimbursement negotiations in a data-driven environment.

The role oversees a team of analysts, strengthens reporting capabilities, and translates healthcare data into actionable insights for internal and external stakeholders. Remote US-based, with no visa sponsorship available.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Math, Actuarial Science, Business Statistics, Accounting, or Finance, or 4 years of relevant experience.
• 5 years of experience interfacing with external clients or presenting analytic results to diverse audiences.
• 5 years of data analysis and reporting related to healthcare data.
• 2 years of leadership experience.
• Strong negotiation, decision-making, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including presentations.
• Proficient in Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
