Job summary

HCSC is seeking a remote-capable senior data analytics leader in the United States to manage data sets, analytical tools, and reporting that deliver provider network insights and support reimbursement negotiations. The role leads a team of analysts, developing their quantitative capabilities while leveraging pricing models to drive growth and strategic decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or 4 years’ experience in a quantitative field.
5 years’ experience interfacing with external clients, large employers, brokers, or consultants or presenting analytic results.
5 years’ experience in data analysis and reporting related to healthcare data.
2 years leadership experience.
Strong negotiation, decision-making, organizational, and analytical skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication, including presentation delivery.
PC proficiency to include Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities
