Health Care Service Corporation seeks a senior analyst/manager to oversee data sets, analytics tools, and reporting for strategic provider network insights. You will lead a team of analysts, developing their quantitative capabilities while applying pricing models to support reimbursement negotiations and growth plans.

The role requires strong leadership, client-facing communication, and healthcare data analysis experience, with proficiency in SQL, Python, and Dataiku.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Math, Actuarial Science, Business Statistics, Accounting or Finance or 4 years’ experience.
• 5 years’ experience interfacing with external clients, large employers, brokers, or consultants or 5 years’ experience presenting analytic results to audiences.
• 5 years’ experience in data analysis and reporting related to healthcare data.
• 2 years leadership experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
