The role oversees a team of analysts, strengthens reporting capabilities, and translates healthcare data into actionable insights for internal and external stakeholders. Remote US-based, with no visa sponsorship available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Math, Actuarial Science, Business Statistics, Accounting, or Finance, or 4 years of relevant experience.
• 5 years of experience interfacing with external clients or presenting analytic results to diverse audiences.
• 5 years of data analysis and reporting related to healthcare data.
• 2 years of leadership experience.
• Strong negotiation, decision-making, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including presentations.
• Proficient in Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

For our client, we are seeking a Mgr. G&IM Provider Network Analytics & Insights (Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will lead analytics efforts that inform provider network strategy, pricing decisions, and reimbursement negotiations in a highly data-driven environment. The manager will oversee a team of analysts, strengthen reporting capabilities, and translate complex healthcare data into actionable insights for internal and external stakeholders. Success in this position will require a blend of technical analysis, leadership, and confident communication to support business growth and decision-making.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $112,200 - $202,600 annually
