Job summary

Spring Health is a global mental health company aiming to remove barriers to care. We seek a Senior Director, Provider Experience Operations to own strategy and operations that shape provider experiences across Spring Health and Alma networks.

You will lead provider support, enablement, engagement, and performance programs, driving adoption of new products and scalable experiences while improving provider satisfaction and network performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in healthcare operations or provider experience.
• Proven success building strategies to improve provider satisfaction, engagement, retention, and performance at scale.
• Experience leading large-scale support, enablement, performance, or change-management programs.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the provider experience strategy across Spring Health and Alma, focusing on helping providers build thriving, sustainable practices.
• Identify moments that matter across the provider journey and remove friction impacting satisfaction and retention.
• Lead provider support operations to improve speed, quality, and effectiveness while expanding self-service and AI-enabled support.
• Own provider enablement and change management, ensuring adoption of new products, workflows, tools, and policies.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Clinical, Marketing, and Provider Operations to design scalable provider experiences.
