Job summary

Humana Inc. - CenterWell Pharmacy is seeking a Lead Product Owner who will translate business needs into a prioritized backlog, define user stories and acceptance criteria, and guide an Agile delivery team to improve patient access, refill adherence, and pharmacy performance.

You will own and prioritize the product backlog, collaborate with engineering, pharmacy operations and business teams, and monitor outcomes to optimize based on member feedback and data.

Qualifications

5+ years product ownership or product management experience.
Pharmacy, PBM, specialty pharmacy or Medicare experience.
Strong Agile/Scrum knowledge.
